"Julie Dorathy"
| Professional Profile
I discovered the Emerald Coast of Florida several years ago when my husband and I began vacationing on St. George Island. We stumbled upon Scenic 30-A while driving from the Fort Walton Beach Airport and decided to make sure our next vacation was to South Walton County. And the rest is history... In my pre-real estate life, I worked in healthcare management, have a master's degree, and previously held a real estate license in Illinois. Check out www.gonecoastal.com for more about Julie!

"Diane Duke"
| Realtor
Diane admits that moving to the beach was the easiest and best decision she ever made. For many years she came to Blue Mountain Beach for vacation, and knew this would be the area she would call home someday. When that opportunity surfaced she didn’t hesitate one minute…she had to get here with her best friend ever--her Golden Retriever named Maggie.
Her life before Real Estate was in various Human Resources managerial positions with a soft drink company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and later as the owner of a successful human resources company. She knows that these careers and her B.S Degree in Business Administration prepared her for the professional business skills necessary to assist her clients in meeting their real estate goals, however, she confesses “that’s all great but honest and sincere communication with my clients and providing them with accurate information is of paramount importance”.
Diane feels that it is important to become involved in organizations that support her neighbors and enhance the community. She is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Sandestin Lions Club and a member of Friends of Eden Park. She is also a member of the South Walton Chamber of Commerce and the Destin Chamber of Commerce.
“I love real estate, she says. There’s nothing like seeing ‘that’ smile on my client’s face at the closing table. You have helped make someone happy!”

"Betty Krika"
| Professional Profile
My first career many years ago was as a travel agent. Being an agent required many hours of seeking out information for each of my clients whether they were commercial business travelers or newlyweds looking for the ideal honeymoon or my specialty, tour groups traveling to wonderful 5ations all over the world. I was fortunate enough to lead many of these groups as a personal tour guide. My second career, for the major portion of the years we were raising two sons, was a family owned retail clothing shop in suburban Chicago. Many hours of both servicing clients and selecting the merchandise to best supply our client’s tastes and needs was my number one priority. We vacationed on the Emerald Coast for more than twenty years and have seen it grow into a wonderful vacation 5ation and full time residential Paradise. My past business experiences have taught me the skills I have needed to become a successful Realtor. None of my listed properties have stayed on the market longer than six weeks. I will try my very best to find the right property for my buyers and I will try just as hard to find the right buyer for any of my listed properties.

"Mike Matz"
| Professional Profile
Originally from NE Pennsylvania, I graduated from Kutztown University on an athletic scholarship with a BS in Business Administration. A relocation to Atlanta in 1984 led me to the discovery of this magical place I proudly now call home. I still remember my first visit to the Emerald Coast as if it were yesterday; the charm, beauty and serenity of it is still as amazing to me as it was back then. I then embarked on a wonderful 24 year sales and marketing career in the highly competitive medical device industry. The experience afforded me the opportunity to travel the globe and see most of the world. I can honestly say that nothing I've ever seen in all my travels has the magnitude of sitting on one of our beaches watching the sunset. My passion for this area and keen desire to pursue a real estate career has led me here. I apply a strong work ethic which I learned from my athletic and business backgrounds. That application within my new, dynamic career is of highest priority. I've personally bought and sold real estate here for more than 15 years, watching the area grow. Assisting people in finding their own piece of paradise is something I take very seriously. The decision to join Prudential Coastal Properties was an easy one. The reputation that our brokers have built since forming the company in 2000 and the corporate strength that Prudential delivers are a powerful combination. I am proud to be with such a phenomenal organization.

"Lyn Stafford"
| Professional Profile
After raising a family in Birmingham and after a long career in publishing and as editor of various historical and medical publications, I lived in Europe and the Middle East. I returned to this beautiful beach in Northwest Florida to live--where I have spent and still spend so many happy hours--in 1994. Since 1991 I have held active real estate licenses in both Alabama and Florida and have been one of the top salespersons. I began my own brokerage in 2001, and in 2006 became part of Prudential Coastal Properties. My transactions have involved both residential and commercial sales: everything from tiny lots to multi-acre subdivisions, from doublewides to the most elegant of homes, and from Navarre Beach all the way to Apalachicola.
I have worked in both residential sales, earning the "Fine Homes Specialist" and "e-certification" specialist designations, and commercial sales, including involvement in land development.. I love what I do and have great clients, and I want each of them to have a positive outcome during any search, sale, or any transaction experience.
