Cole Blair

Cole Blair has lived in the 30-A area on the beautiful Emerald Coast for ten years, including Eastern Lake and Watercolor. Owning a local business in Seaside for those ten years, and meeting a multitude of locals and homeowners, he has personally experienced the real estate market swings and has an intimate personal knowledge of all the small hamlets and properties in between. Before making the transition to life on 30-A, Cole founded multiple successful healthcare companies including a chain of orthopedic physical therapy sports medicine and wellness centers, a healthcare e-learning company in Boulder, CO during the dotcom boom, and a spa. He also co-developed the first physician on-site physical therapy center for breast cancer patients in Nashville, Tn. He attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned a masters degree in Exercise Physiology, and played defensive back on the football team. After football, Cole dived into the sport of triathlon where he earned All-American status 15 years, qualified for and completed the Hawaii Ironman triathlon, and won the national championship sprint triathlon in the 25-29 age-group. Cole still swims/bikes/runs daily, and enjoys raising his five year old daughter. He brings his life long entrepreneurial zeal to serve you in your real estate needs.

Ash Caswell

Born and raised on the beautiful Emerald Coast, Ash has an intimate knowledge of this special place.  After attending Troy University he could think of no other place he wanted to be.  Ash transitioned into Real Estate after four years of serving Walton County as a member of the South Walton Surf and Rescue Team.  He finds great joy in sharing his love and knowledge of this place with others.  When he is not working, he enjoys all this area has to offer with his wife Claudia, and his dog Cosmo.

William Flynn

My first career many years ago was as a travel agent. Harry Millsaps, a Tennessee native, moved to South Walton in 1993 after retiring from a 26 year career with Bellsouth. A three year Army Vet, Harry holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an M.S. Degree from Pace University in New York. Earnest Nettles

From the Low Country of South Carolina; Earnest came to Freeport Florida in 1982. Working for Walton County as an Emergency Medical Technician and becoming a volunteer firefighter for the City of Freeport.
In the mid 1990′s Earnest participated in the writing of the City of Freeport Comprehensive Development Code, along with the Freeport Zoning and Land Development Code. Both required by the State of Florida to manage the future development of the area in a manner consistent with its ability to provide infrastructure and to protect the important natural resources. Earnest is also a founding member and president of the Emerald Coast Association of Woodturners and a member the American Association of Woodturners.
Earnest began his real estate career as a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Niceville, Florida later transferred to their Santa Rosa Beach Office. He then received his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certification. Earnest later began working with two major developers in Freeport with the downfall of the market; development became stagnated it was time to change.
